Why was my order refunded?

Orders may be refunded if they are flagged by our system as potentially fraudulent. The most common reason for this is the use of a proxy internet connection when placing an order. Orders placed through a proxy connection will be automatically flagged and refunded. Additionally, PayPal eCheck payments may cause delays as the payment will remain in "pending" status until completed, which can take weeks. To avoid this issue, we recommend not using PayPal eCheck. Any orders in "pending" status will be refunded.

 


 

I didn’t receive my order confirmation.

No need to worry! Please email us with the full name and email address you used to place the order, and we will gladly resend the confirmation email to you.

 


 

What if my order is returned to you before I get it?

If your order is returned to us due to an insufficient or incomplete address, we will attempt to contact you. For international orders, please note that there may be an additional reshipping fee. If we do not receive a response from you within 7 days, we will refund the items only and not the shipping costs.

 


 

Can I modify or change my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or changed. As our products are printed on demand, the production process begins immediately after you complete your purchase. We recommend double-checking your order before confirming it.

 


 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes! We do offer returns and exchanges. Please email us to initiate the process. Please note that stock is print on demand so exchanges are not covered by the retailer. In some cases, you may receive a refund instead of an exchange if the item is unavailable.

 


 

What courier will be used to ship my order?

For U.K. orders, we ship all parcels using Royal Mail. For international orders, we use a local courier service depending on your location. For example, U.S. customers may receive their parcels through USPS or Royal Mail.
